Create to-do lists for each one of your life’s projects and stay on top of everything you need to get done. Todoist is your life support every day, anywhere with apps for 10+ platforms including iOS, Android, Mac and Windows.
As we have highlighted before: Simplicity is of crucial importance to us. To make being productive as easy as possible, the combination of a document scanner and a to-do list application is beneficial to all of you.
First of all, you can have all documents related to specific tasks assigned to those. If you are, for example, working on a specific design topic for which you have a task in Todoist, simply scan your sketches and attach them to the task you are working on. It is as easy as 1,2,3.
Secondly, you can auto-upload all of your documents to Todoist. This enables you to manage your documents related to tasks easily. Simply choose your desired auto-upload project, scan your documents and manage them within Todoist.
Thirdly, you can directly create projects from Scanbot, which you can pick up later. There is an invoice that is due soon but you have got no time right now? Quickly scan it, create a new project in Todoist, set a reminder and take care of the invoice when you have got the time.
Todoist as an upload destination is available for our Android, as well as iOS customers. Simply update Scanbot to the latest version now and check it out!
