How Coop Estonia boosted customer satisfaction with Scanbot SDK
Scan & Go is common in supermarkets throughout the Baltics, and customers have grown used to it. Against this backdrop, the Coop Estonia team was looking for a reliable barcode scanner for its new shopping app. For its two main use cases – a loyalty program and product barcode scanning – the solution would have to cover a variety of scenarios and be available for iOS and Android. Additionally, given the high scan volumes the team expected, the use case specifically called for a solution with flat fee pricing.
