Our candidate journey
These are the four steps of our employee hiring process
Step 1
The first step of our interview process is a short phone call with someone from our recruiting team to answer your initial questions and to learn something about your motivation and your career so far.
Step 2
Next is a video call with the recruiter and team lead to discuss your qualifications and personality. You can ask questions and learn about us. Some roles include a brief, fun test project.
Step 3
Next, you’ll interview with the department lead. If you’ve completed a test project, you’ll present it and also meet a member of the team you’ll be working with. For internships and working student positions, this is the last step of our hiring process.
Step 4
The final step is a brief interview with our CEO, Christoph. You’ll get to know each other and ask any last questions. If all goes well, we’ll send your employment contract and start preparing a warm welcome!
