Let’s recapture Scanbot’s journey throughout the past 12 months. 2016 has been an amazing year for us. First, and most importantly, we want to thank all of you for your great feedback and suggestions. We highly appreciate to hear about your specific use cases and what we could implement to enhance the experience of the app.
Furthermore, we worked a lot on improving our customer support. Again, thanks to your feedback, we achieved a 99% customer satisfaction rating. It is always great to see that we can help you out with all issues — minor and major ones.
This is especially overwhelming to us, as the Scanbot community doubled in 2016.

Well, we are constantly working on implementing the most requested features and you will definitely see minor as well as major changes to the App in the upcoming year.
